Botanical Gardens at Kolkata

Kolkata is a city in India, generally bustling with people. Tucked in the corner of the city is the Botanical Gardens at Howrah. The claim to fame for this is the 200+ year old Banyan tree.

I went there on a winter morning and found some nice pictures.

Landscapes at Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand is a state in India which is very close to the foothills of Himalayas. Major parts of the state are attractive destinations for tourists seeking solace from nature.

On a birding trip to the area, I got to capture some nice landscapes as well.

Birding at Sattal

Nestled at the foothills of Himalayas, tucked away in the state of Uttarakhand in India, are these small towns called Sattal, Bhimtal etc. These places provide a potent ground for birding. Here are some images from the trip.

Wildlife at Bandhavgarh

The state of Madhya Pradesh in India is home to various wildlife sanctuaries. One such is Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve.

Images capture a 7 day trip to Bandhavgarh where we did 13 day safaris and 1 night safari across the three core areas and one buffer zone.
